The application opens in a seperate pop-up, and automatically navigates the user to the relevant page on the website, depending on the topic the question is related to.
Should the user input not contain any keywords matching the ones in the database, the application reminds the user of the main topics, allowing them to choose from pre-determined titles and questions. If the user is not satisfied with the provided content, they may submit their e-mail address in order to be notified as soon as Botégo editors add the answer to the database.
